Nature professional photographer Lothar Lenz captured amusing footage of an instead vocal, German speaking raven called Ramires saying “mein schätzchen” (my darling) and “warte” (wait). Ramires became a resident at a regional reserve near Eiffel, Germany after he damaged his wing. This newfound domesticity has actually made him a very friendly (and fairly affectionate) bird with an ability for mimicry.
